The first students have successfully completed their semester abroad

As part of the BA Sociology programme, we had the opportunity to spend our semester abroad at NTNU in Trondheim, Norway, this winter semester. 

During our time there, we were able to learn a lot about Norwegian culture and history, have many new experiences and meet new people. 

Trondheim is a really beautiful city where you can experience a lot and where you quickly feel at home. The university is very modern and has a strong focus on digitalisation and interaction. Students were often involved in the lectures and opinions and questions were always welcome. 

The semester abroad was a good opportunity to gain a new perspective on our own everyday life at home, as we were suddenly thrown into a new culture and new routines. We were also able to improve our communication and English skills and learnt that you should always be open to new things.

All in all, it was definitely worthwhile for us to spend a semester abroad.
