The meta-project "Interaction Work: Effects and Design of Technological Change" (InWiGe) invites about 20 projects to the DASA Arbeitsweltausstellung in Dortmund from 20 to 21 June 2022. Registrations are soon possible.
For the first major high visibility event of the funding priority "Interaction Work on and for People", (inter)national guests from politics, science and practice are invited to speak, to present project results and to discuss and exchange experiences with you.
The Social Research Centre Dortmund is represented with the following projects in different sessions:
- eLLa4.0 - Good leadership and work in the socio-digital transformation
The joint project eLLa4.0 aims to support managers at different hierarchical levels in their leadership tasks in the course of the digital transformation and to enable them to design good work in the digitalised world. For this purpose, qualification modules for different target groups are being developed, combined in a further training offer and new learning worlds for the qualification of managers are being tested.
- RespectWork - Developing Mutual Respect in Customer Interaction to Improve Work and Service Quality
The aim of the project is to shape the framework conditions of service interactions as well as the concrete behaviour of service providers and their customers in such a way that mutual respect is generated or promoted. It is not about making service personnel fit for disrespectful clients, but about creating conditions for respectful interaction.
- VISITS - Networking and Interaction Work in Smart Technical Services
The aim of the VISITS research project is to analyse the interface management for good interaction work in smart technical services within and between companies, to identify current mechanisms of action and to develop design options for improvement. On the basis of three operational application scenarios, two overarching questions are being investigated: How can digital tools support interaction work in technical services? What design rules are necessary for good interaction work?
Registration will be possible from the end of April at www.interaktionsarbeit.de.
