An innovative and healthy way (back) into working life: Project "GUIDE - supporting health in permanent employment" has started
As part of the BMAS federal program "Innovative ways to participate in working life - rehapro", the GUIDE project supports people with health restrictions who are threatened by permanent exclusion from working life. Under the scientific supervision of the sfs, long-term unemployed people are to be helped to find their way into the labor market for over 4.5 years through a mixture of intensive coaching and meaningful work.
