First Departmental Research Day on 13 March 2024

In the center of the flower is the central profile theme "Life in Transformations". Around it, the flower has five petals, each listing one of the department's focus themes. The first theme is "Aging Societies, Family, and the Life Course. The second theme is "Work, Organization and Technology." The third focus theme is "Social Innovation, Environment and Sustainability." The fourth theme is "Inequality, Gender and Migration." The fifth theme is "Knowledge, education and didactics." At the first Departmental Research Day, researchers from the Department of Social Sciences discuss their current projects and research priorities.

The aim of the event is to further sharpen the department's profile and to engage in joint discussions via poster presentations from the individual research areas. The intensive exchange will promote cross-departmental cooperation and exciting synergies will be discovered and expanded. We will continue to report on current developments!
