The Faculty of Social Sciences is also participating in the programme „studium oecologicum“ in the forthcoming summer semester. Prof. Dr. Thomas Goll and Dr. Miriam Schad will each hold a session as part of the lecture series „Education for Sustainable Development“.

The lecture series is aimed at students of all faculties and the public, no formal requirements are necessary.

Short description of the event: In the lecture series, central concepts of education for sustainable development will be presented and discussed. In addition, (educational) political, social and psychological preconditions and framework conditions of ESD will be developed and discussed. Students are thus enabled to understand the diversity of ESD approaches, to discuss them critically and to reflect on them with regard to their own practice.

Time and place: Online webinar every Friday, 14.15-15.45 hrs
